Design
We use 3D - BIM design, to optimize all the processes.
Structure
The structure is designed by Popp și Asociații. In order to offer flexibility to the built space, it was decided to use a reinforced concrete floor with contoured support, thus eliminating the beams arranged inside the rooms. The level of seismic safety is 20% higher than that applied for most residential buildings.
Thermal insulation
The buildings will be insulated with basalt wool ensuring the highest energy standards for the building.
Heating
We use neighborhood heating plants, the most eco-friendly (less pollution), having the highest thermal efficiency in the world for a gas heating plant - 40% more efficient than any other (lower bills).
Ventialted facade
For the facade of the h4l MILLENNIUM buildings, we will use HPL ventilated facade, for a very high resistance over time, structural, aesthetic and to allow the walls to "breathe".
Sound insulation
It is made through basal wool on the outside, insulation between floors and brick walls (30 cm on the outside, 12 cm inside the apartment).
PARADOR flooring - Germany
All the apartments will have PARADOR premium flooring - Germany
Doors
Premium Romanian entrance doors, interior doors provided by a German manufacturer.
KONE elevators
The buildings will be equipped with KONE elevators, known for reliability.
Sanitary ware - Ideal Standard
The sanitary ware is from Ideal Standard - with a warranty up to 25 years.
Ceramic tiles - Spain, Italy
For high quality and refinement we chose ceramic wall and floor tiles made in Spain and Italy.
Hot/cold water pipes
We don't use the classic polypropylene pipes, but an innovative solution - PE-Xa.
This solution brings a number of benefits: insignificant heat loss - it is not insulated on the inside, high resistance to corrosive, abrasive or oxidizing factors, high durability, elasticity, does not reduce water flow, prevents the formation of condensation and limescale deposits on the inside, maintains the quality of cold drinking water and doesn't alter its taste or smell, long life.
